Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The laptop must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must include all original packaging, accessories, and receipts
  • The item must not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software issues caused by user-installed programs
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
